There is only one truth, the one what he have in our experience. I carried on this faculty for a long time until one day I realised there is nothing which is actually what it seems. Sky is not blue, north is not in north, world map what I saw all my life is not to scale and small countries are shown big and big countries are shown small.
All our Geography class was wrong, the whole of world perception is actually wrong. Then why no one told me as a kid or adult this and it was left up to me to figure out. How I was supposed to know it ?? By space travel??
Now this made me question rest of the lies been told to me, aryan Invasion theory to 3200 yers old civilisation, everything what was taught is wrong. No traces of it in reality. But this is also known for a long time but still no one bothered. I wonder what else is left for me to discover and if at all I would be able to figure it out.
Reminds me of King Janak Story – Supposedly a sage king very virtuous and Nobel. One night he was sleeping and saw a dream In which the neighbouring kingdom invaded his and he was bitterly defeated. However his life was spared and was allowed to leave the kingdom immediately without any money etc. so he started walking and no one helped him due to cruelty of the occupant king. He walked all day and reached to border of his kingdom in torn cloths, hungry and thirsty. Next village was having some ceremony and were distributing food a merger bowl of rice with some pulses. Hungry king got in line and by his turn the food was finished. By great effort he could get 2-3 mouthful rice In his plate. But fate !oh!! fate !! As soon as he turned to eat a crow tried to pick the rice from his bowl and the whole meal got pushed over in ground dirt. The king fainted and cried a loud.
With a loud cry the king woke up on his bed and everyone rushed in hearing the kings heartfelt cry, asking what happed O King!!. Now the sage king asked fully awake is this truth or that was truth???
Is this palace or lavishness is truth or that dirt hunger, desperation and humiliation was truth. Am I dreaming now or I was dreaming then . Whole day this whole day and weeks all the king could manage to utter was this truth or that truth? The famous spiritual saint Astavakra came and heard the story and told Janak the answer
Neither this is truth nor that is truth, just you are truth. Meaning you are one reality and rest all is fake “Maya” no difference in dream or reality as all is just perception.
Though this story is more spiritual in nature but the essence is same. All the so called truth are just the version of truths, and it has my version and you version and their version and others version , vested interest version and agenda version. All the news channels have one version but on the ground other version. Nothing is trustworthy in its true sense. Fox News has one version and CNN has another version. Go figure
So it’s up to us which version of truth we believe. And how many lies we would be able to discover before it’s our time when even our brain tells us perceptive image of reality which is not real picture. Who shall help us…..
